Diane Schwarz is Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Johnson Controls. She is responsible for leading a global, business-aligned information technology organization and develops and executes enterprise-wide IT strategy to ensure a strong foundation for Johnson Controls to scale and achieve its global growth objectives.
A senior IT executive with more than 20 years of experience in building and leading best-in-class IT teams, Diane most recently served as chief digital and information officer for Hunt Consolidated. She previously held roles at Textron, Bell Helicopter, Honeywell, Nestle Foods and Ernst & Young. With a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion, her scope covers digital transformations, cybersecurity, data analytics, infrastructure and cloud operations, ERP/SAP applications and IT supplier management.
Diane holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and has a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from the University of Notre Dame. She is an active board member of NPower and T200, both technology-related non-profits.
