The Johnson Controls L2000 SU50 helps you capture the greatest possible value from energy storage by delivering benefits like renewable energy support, peak shaving, and many others thanks to the combination of a lithium-ion battery array and our patented controls technology in a convenient, small-footprint solution. The L2000 SU50 meets the requirements of the California Self-Generation Incentive Program (SGIP) and Hawaii Rule 14.

Easy and fast to install: A single package contains the 50 kW inverter, batteries, Emergency Power Off (EPO) switch, application controls and meter; connection requires only a single grid point and an internet connection.
Seamless compatibility: Use standard protocols (including Metasys®) for easy integration with your building management system, making it easy to view energy storage alongside other building systems.
Real-time monitoring, diagnostics, and controls: Stay on top of performance and savings with local and remote real-time monitoring, diagnostics and control—including easy updates for tariff and energy rates.
Minimized energy cost: Embedded machine learning capabilities with predictive controls predict facility load then optimize the system for maximum economic benefit.
Flexible applications: Use for peak shaving, renewable (e.g., solar) energy storage, and other applications—and as a backup power supply.
